Both oils are blended with 1,2% of the juice of the finest french truffles. Harvested in two different french regions, the truffles are then pressed and their juice is extracted. We have two different types of truffles to offer you : the "Black Nocturne", is made from Black Truffle Juice from the Perigord, while the "White Nocturne" is blended with Aestivum White Truffle Juice.
The White Truffle Juice is stronger than the Black truffle one, although the difference is quite subtle.
