Our shipping costs are for all customers Australia wide $ 16.00 (including GST)

Force 5 Imports Pty Ltd owner of A Taste of Paris - uses FastWay Couriers or Australia Post for Australia wide delivery of all items unless otherwise specified.

Delivery of your products

We attempt to ship within 24 hours. Orders are despatched Monday to Friday.

We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, Fastway or Australia Post will leave a card in your mail box with instructions of where to collect your parcel. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Rural areas may take longer.

All products are thoroughly checked before packing and orders checked before dispatch. Force 5 Imports – A Taste of Paris - hopes you are delighted with your Gourmet French products, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you are not completely satisfied.

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt with all its original packaging. In the event that it is faulty or damaged, we will refund the original product price via the original method of payment. Alternatively You may request a replacement, which will be despatched (subject to availability) once we receive and have examined the faulty or damaged item.

International Shipping

Force 5 Imports – A Taste of Paris - is based in Melbourne, Australia and our shopping cart is currently set for Australian customers only.
