This superb traditional French Country Terrine with Espelette Pepper is a delicious blend of pork and espelette pepper and is perfect for a charcuterie plate or cheese board, or as a pre-dinner snack with drinks. The Espelette gives it a lovely piquant tang. Serve with fresh crusty bread, or with toast, lavosh or a cracker. For a nice touch top off with a crispy French cornichon.
Ingredients: Pork throat* and liver*, egg white, pork rind*, onions, cassava starch, salt, Espelette pepper AOP (0.5%), garlic, sugar, sprices.
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in a refrigirator and consume quicly.
