This superb traditional French Country Terrine with Porcini mushrooms is a delicious blend of pork and porcini mushrooms and is perfect for a charcuterie plate or cheese board, or as a pre-dinner snack with drinks. Serve with fresh crusty bread, or with toast, lavosh or a cracker. For a nice touch top off with a crispy French cornichon.
Ingredients: Prok throat* amd liver*, rehydrated porcini mushrooms 6% (Boletus edulis), egg white, prok rind*, onions, cassava starch, salt, garlic, sugar, spices.
Store in a cool , dry place. After opening, store in a refrigirator and consume quickly.
