The French Mayonnaise is the "Tresor de la France" it forms the base for many other sauces like tartare or the remoulade. The authentic recipe is known for its thick texture and creamy taste. Very gourmand.
The Wasabi flavoured mayo will work very well with a fish a chips. Add a little bit of lemon juice to make it even more interesting!

E133), food color: chlorophyllin.
