This summer truffle juice is from Italy. Smaller than the black truffle, the Aestivum truffle is more nutty and subtle, it brings another layer of flavours to your dishes. It exhales a particularly attractive forest mushroom scent.In the mouth, it reminds buttered hazelnut. Perfect for an omelette or risottos, it adds body to all fish or meat sauces.
